He was predeceased by : his father Dennis Wayne Vann; and his grandparents, Reed, Hope Blankenship and Henry Vann. He is survived by : his mother Joy Lynn Blankenship of Attica; his siblings, Brandon Vann of Norfolk, VA, Shawna and Victoria Vann of Chesapeake, VA; his grandmother Ellen Vann of Chesapeake, VA; his nephews, Brayden Kirby and David McCartney; his niece Jalynn Kirby; and his cousin Austin Blankenship.
