She is survived by: her husband Ronald Allen Leaf; her son Jeffrey Leaf (Beth) of Phoenix, AZ; her grandchildren, Adam Markstein, Ryan Leaf, Kaitlyn Liston, Scott Leaf and Amanda Leaf; and her great grandchildren, Liam, Lily, James and Julianna. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
