As Norma departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Norma. Though Norma may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vista Clark and Lorene Clark (Dysert); her former husband Ora J. Sigler; her nieces, Pamela J. Hetrick and Linda Roe Hornbeck; and her siblings, Anna Perrigo, Doris Roe and Morris Clark.
She is survived by: her husband Joe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Locust Grove Cemetery (7700 N 600 W, Williamsport, IN 47993).
