He is survived by: his mother Beverly Ann Caldwell (Beecher) of Crawfordsville; his son Zachary of Lafayette; his grandson Levi of Lafayette; his sisters, Rebecca McNeely, Kelly Surber (Bob) and Rhonda Rossok; David Caldwell (Beth). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
