It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ricky Lee Bixler of Attica, Indiana, born in Quincy, Indiana, who passed away on February 5, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, John Leroy and Leota Bixler Sr. (Ruble); his wife Debra Rochelle Opperman; and his siblings, Mary Ann Clarkson, John L. Bixler Jr. and Jimie Lee Bixler.

He is survived by : his children, Joni L. Sly (Brent), Josh E. Bixler (Cathy) and Jodi L. Bixler; his siblings, Benny L. Bixler, Barbara Jean Payne, Portland Arch, Sara "Sis" A. Butler and Alice Mary Brault (David) of Freedom, IN; his grandchildren, Dylan Sly (Macy) and Taylor Hubble (Justin); his sisters, Katie Sly, Brydan Gaskill, Nate Sly and Reese Sly; and his great grandchildren, Karsyn Hubble, Raiden Lowery, Rowan Hubble, Kolsyn Hubble and Wrenly England.
