He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence "Tack" Johnson and Doris Gee Johnson; his brother Terry D. Johnson; and his nephew Jeff Henry. He is survived by : his sons, Ryan Johnson of Williamsport and Jason Turner (Tammie) of Frankfort, Two; his siblings, Jim Johnson (MaryAnn) of Bloomington, Kevin Johnson (Marcy), Kay Henry, Glenda Frye (Glenn) of West Lebanon and Janis Wurtsbaugh (Randy) of Williamsport; and his grandsons, Gage Turner and Richard Turner.
