He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Elmer Jr. and Barbara Jean Mickle (Smith); and his siblings, Jerry Mickle and Mary Speakman. He is survived by: his wife Nancy M. Stetler; his grandchildren, Katelyn Van DeWater (Michael), Trevor Mickle (Emily), Cameron Mickle (Hannah) and Makayla Mickle; his great grandchild Eleanor Van DeWater; his pet Leo; Tim Mickle (Lori) of Brookston, Chris Mickle (Michelle) of Attica, Janet Young (Jim) of Attica and David Mickle of Williamsport.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Maus Funeral Home (704 S Council St, Attica, IN 47918). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at the Riverside Cemetery (1501 S Perry St, Attica, IN 47918).
