Barbara Jean Bauman Obituary

The passing of Barbara Jean Bauman (Auburn, Indiana) occurred on October 15, 2026. Barbara, born on August 22, 1936, is remembered by those who knew her. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward Huff and Francis Huff; her son Charles Adams II; and her siblings, Bonnie Waffle, Darlene Smith, Raymond Huff and Robert Huff.

She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Gipple (Robert) and Ramonica "Jody" Brower (Rex); and her grandchildren, Crystal Edgar, Alton Berry, Robert Gipple Jr., Trina Fields, Dana Likens, Jason Adams and Katlin Jarrell. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Pinnington Funeral & Cremation Services (502 N Main St, Auburn, IN 46706).

Memorial donations may be made to the Indiana University School of Medicine, Department of Ophthalmology.
