He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard "Dick" Foster Sr. and Mindy M. Foster (Bolen); his siblings, Matthew Foster, Mark Foster, Susan Foster and Lori Foster; and his grandparents, Raymond, Agnes Foster, Buford and Patsy Patton.
He is survived by: his caregiver Chip LaRowe; his siblings, Deborah (Chip LaRowe), Dianna "DeeDee" (George Butts), Richard Foster Jr. (Amberley) of Fort Wayne and Michael Foster of Auburn; and his nieces and nephews, Joshua LaRowe (Lindsay), Megan Brown (Cody), Cody LaRowe (Jonnie), Austin LaRowe (Andrea), Landon LaRowe (Hanna), Dylan LaRowe, Lucas LaRowe, Tara Fletcher, Richard Foster III and Logan Foster.
