It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Clyde W Kelly of Auburn, Indiana, born in Sturgis, Michigan, who passed away on June 2, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy E Kelly and Mary A Strobel (Chail); his wife Sally J Kelly (Shafer); his daughter Jennifer L Treveno; and his sister Judy F Roisland.
He is survived by: his stepsons, Scott K Smith of Hamilton and Michael A Smith (Kimberly) of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Logan Smith (Christina), Alex Smith (Amanda), Abby VanAuken (Tanner) and Dominick Trevino; his great grandchildren, Eli Smith, Henry Smith, Amos Smith, Roy Smith and Anya VanAuken; his brother Jack; his sister-in-law Mick Shafer of Omaha; his friends, Amanda and Donald Mapp; and also Wade Mapp.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michaels Catholic Church (1098 Co Rd 39, Waterloo, IN 46793). A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at the Woodlawn Cemetery (1605 S Center St, Auburn, IN 46706).
Memorials can be given in memory of Clyde to the DeKalb County Humane Shelter.
