He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Edison Justice and Della Myrtle Justice (Mullins); and his brother Alan Justice. He is survived by: his aunt Gertie; his wife Rosie; and his children, Greg Justice (Dawn) of Fort Wayne, IN, Trena Haneline (Mike) of Woodburn, IN and Neil Justice (Julie) of Fort Wayne, IN.. He is also survived by father to his three children and dotting grandfather to his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to National Kidney Foundation.
