It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen H. Wappes of Auburn, Indiana, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on April 22, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Helen leaves upon our hearts remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by : her husband George Riley Wappes. She is survived by : her daughter Molly Krasoff (Steve) of Austin, TX; and her grandchildren, Sophia Krasoff of Austin, TX, Amanda Krasoff of Austin, TX and Myles Krasoff of Austin, TX.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cedar Creek Cemetery (6858 Co Rd 11A, Auburn, IN 46706).

Memorials are to the JAM Center – Garrett, IN.
