She was predeceased by : her parents, Garland Shafer and Josephine Shafer (Hoff); her husband Joe Mack; her daughter Mary; her sister Helen; her brother-in-law William "Bill" Stallings; her brother Dr. Richard; and her sister-in-law Joan Shafer.
She is survived by : her daughters, Julie Mack of Atwood Lake and Anne; her son-in-law Robert Nicholas of Fort Wayne; her son Tom; her daughter-in-law Robin Mack of Leo; her grandchildren, Andrew Somers (Michelle Mettert), Ashley (Brandon Toliver), Cameron (Sarah Mack), Chloe (Mitch Schaefer) and Christian Mack (Paige Wilson); and her great grandchildren, Lucy Mack Somers, Julian Somers, Amelia Mack, Thomas Mack, Charles Mack, Elliott Schaefer and Westin Mack.
