She was predeceased by: her father Lyle Baird; and her sisters, Cathy Hampshire and Colleen Hartman. She is survived by: her mother Martha Baird (Moughler); her husband Paul Collins; her daughters, Kimberly Moore (David) and Sharmin Hutto (Nicholas); and her stepchildren, Kimberly Flower (Ronald) and Phillip Collins (Kassie). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Memorial donations in Judy's honor may be made to Hearten House.
