She is survived by : her son Aaron; her daughter-in-law Aja Fugate of LaGrange; her sons, Chad Fugate (Lacey Stutzman) of Angola and William; her daughter-in-law Jessica Maggert of Fort Wayne; her daughter Talisha Maggert of Auburn; her sisters, Joyce Cook of Kentucky and Anita; and her brothers-in-law, Luke Rhodes of Avilla and Chris Voirol of Butler. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
