He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant T. Crabtree and Patricia M. Crabtree Lassiter. He is survived by: his wife Monica S. Crabtree of Auburn; his children, Grant M. Crabtree (Chantal) of Auburn and Kiara G. Crabtree of Franklin; his grandsons, Brooks, Grady and Conner Crabtree of Auburn; his stepdaughters, Courtney Jagoda of Fremont, Kelsey Jagoda of Texas and Amanda Harvey of Indianapolis; his stepgrandson Jackson Hart of Fremont; his sister Marcie Nichols (Nick) of Frankfort; and his stepbrother Lane Lassiter (Michele) of Auburn.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pinnington Funeral & Cremation Services (502 N Main St, Auburn, IN 46706). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In honor of Mike's generous spirit and his love of helping others, memorial donations may be made to the Master Trooper James R. Bailey Memorial Scholarship or the DeKalb Humane Society.
