She was predeceased by : her parents, Russel Berryhill and Irene J. Berryhill (Close); her husband Lloyd Cook Jr.; her children, Ricky Lee Cook, Ronald L. Cook and Cindy J. Biltz; her grandchildren, Jamie West, Andrew Biltz and Jeremy Cook; her siblings, Dean Berryhill, Arnold Berryhill and Elizabeth Waldron; and her brother-in-law John Weilbaker.
She is survived by : her children, Randy L. Cook (Shon) of Garrett and Melinda J. Vincent of Auburn; her daughter-in-law Sue Cook of Auburn; her grandchildren, Becky Mondor (Bob), Jenny Schwab (Shawn), Beth Noel (Brandon), Ryan Cook (Tara), Gevin Cook (Evy), Thomas Biltz, Justin Cook, Jordan Cook (Mackenzie), Mikaela Owens (Donny) and Sarah Vincent; her grandson-in-law Evan West; and her siblings, Raymond Berryhill (Kay) of Corunna, Everett Berryhill (Rita) of Corunna, Marilyn Weilbaker of Lafayette and Wanda Lorenz (Larry) of Thermopolis, Wyoming.. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
