He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil G. Wisler and Margarette H. Wisler (Hamilton); his wife Mary L. Klopfenstein; his children, Basil Wisler and Julie Starkey; his sisters, Tondalaya Miller (James) and Darlene Miller (Robert); and his nephews, Leonard Jarrett and Anthony Miller.
He is survived by: his daughter Susan Schowe of Huntertown; his granddaughters, Cecilia Schowe of Troy, MI, Madeline Schowe of Huntertown and Olivia Schowe of Indianapolis; his son-in-law Michael Starkey of Auburn; and his sister Cynthia Jarrett (Robert) of St. Joe.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carnahan-Baidinger & Walter Funeral Home (6992 IN-1, Spencerville, IN 46788). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
