She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Haynes and Helen Haynes (Chapman); her parents-in-law, Lloyd and Delores Rowe; her brother Larry Haynes; and her brothers-in-law, Larry Sanders and Michael Rowe.
She is survived by: her husband Steven M Rowe; her daughter Tabitha R. Rowe (Merritt Dunkin) of Auburn; her grandson Derek W Rowe of Auburn; and her siblings, Marie Sanders (Tom Bliss) of Sebring, Allen Haynes of Auburn and Ruth Powell (Jerry) of Ames, Iowa.
The family asks that memorials be given in memory of Sally to the DeKalb County Humane Shelter or DeKalb County Pink Out, Inc. Fund, c/o Community Foundation, DeKalb County.
