She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Speer and Elnora Speer (Schlegel); and her son Toby Kaufman. She is survived by: her daughters, Sonya Thies of Auburn, Angela (Will Ogles) and Sasha (Justin Ledney); her daughter-in-law Kathryn Kaufman of South Haven, Michigan; and her siblings, DeWayne (Carol Speer), Gary (Dan Shaffer), Kathy Craft of St. George, Lisa (Jason Hatzell) and Mary Jenkins (Tim Speer) of Auburn. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
