She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern C. Dick and Daisy Dick (Lewis); her husband Lewis E Davis; her great grandchild Terrence Baker; and her siblings, Jerry Dick and Betty Bleich.

She is survived by: her children, Timothy Baker (Pam) of Auburn, Abbie Noll (Tim) of Kendallville, Ralph Michael Baker of Nappanee and Karen Sanford of Auburn; and her grandchildren, Scott Baker (Kourtney), Ryan Baker (Carol), Matthew Noll, Michael Baker, Richard Baker, Amanda Lieb, Emily Lieb and Kimberly Lieb. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.

Memorials can be given in memory of Shirley to the Church at Garrett.
