He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Hicks and Janette Hicks; and his brother Jim Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his daughter Kristine Page; and his siblings, Janet Bavers (Steve) and Ken Hicks. He is also survived by nephews, nieces; and many friends.
