He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolph Nelson Miller and Virginia M. Miller (Zacharias); his brother Thomas Henry Miller; and his nephew Geoffrey Eugene Miller. He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Jeffries (Doug) of Aurora, IN and William Miller (Sandi) of Greendale, IN; and his nieces and nephews, Amy Bishop, Abby Ebel, Dawn Miller, Lori Schwipps, Chris Kent, Kami Blakeman, Sarah Miller, Patricia Dehne, Tim Miller, Zach Miller and Joe Miller.
