In loving memory of Larry E. Rumsey of Aurora, Indiana, born in Moores Hill, Indiana, who departed this world on May 7, 2025 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Rumsey and Lillian C. Rumsey (Simpson); his daughter Mary Jane Day; his siblings, Leland Rumsey and Janice Patterson; his brother-in-law Mike; and his niece Kathy Rumsey.
He is survived by: his wife Loraine J. Rumsey; his children, Sara Miller (Eric), Lori Rumsey Mueller and David Rumsey (Shelly); his grandchildren, Charlie Day, Jacob Day, Mia Miller, Mason Miller, Nathan Mueller and Elizabeth Brown; his brothers, Ronald Rumsey (Charlotte) and Wayne Rumsey (Linda); and his sister-in-law Opal Rumsey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Larry's memory to St. John Lutheran Church, the Aurora Emergency Unit or charity of your choice.
