With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lloyd Frank Burton of Aurora, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 7, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Col. L. F. Burton and Opal Burton; and his brother Davey. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his daughters, Jennifer Jump (Troy) and Emily Burton (Pete Majors); his grandson Andrew Jump; his sister Virginia Nowakoski; his nephew Chris Howland (Patti); and his niece Anne London.

Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Episcopal Church or the Aurora EMS.

“I am so sorry for your loss. I wish we could have all gotten together in Santa Fe this summer. I have told the story many times abut my uncle being born in a bomb shelter in Hawaii after Pearl Harbor. I remember coming to visit my grandparents when i was 11, and I found Frank's stash of Mad Magazines. I read them in secret because I thought they weren't for the eyes of a little girl. I know my dad was proud of his little brother, and wished he lived closer to him. Love, Tom & Chali Wertz”
