She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Nelson Elliott; her children, Paul Elliott (Teresa) and Melody Schornick; her grandchildren, Jake Schornick (Erin Huffner), Elizebeth Malicote (Austin), Jackie Schornick, Aaron Elliott (Alex) and Nathan Elliott (Chjouseline); and her great grandchildren, Madison, Alaina, Josie, Bowen, Andie, Reid, Wade, Mila, Isla and Ethan.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterain Church (215 4th St, Aurora, IN 47001). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the River View Cemetery (3635 E Laughery Creek Rd, Aurora, IN 47001).
