He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Hoke and Margaret Hoke; his wife Dawn Radtke; and his daughter Kristen. He is survived by: his sons, Martin Hoke (Gina) and Matthew Hoke (Robin); his son-in-law Eric Paulson; his grandchildren, Giulia Hoke, Ryan Hoke, Bryce Hoke, Liz Hoke, Josh Hoke, Zach Paulson and Jake Paulson; and his sister Sheila Schommer (James). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
