He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Mullins and Phyllis Mullins (Ahaus); and his brother Sandy Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Taorong Zhu of Aurora, IN; his children, Andrew Mullins of Burlington, KY and Abigail Fox (Mitchell) of Union, KY; his stepdaughter Jiani Deng of Wuhan, China; his sisters, Denise Trewhella (Billy) of Lead, SD and Wendy Gall (Mike) of Mooresville, IN; his grandchildren, DJ and Alexian; his nieces, Stephanie (Nick), Megan and Julia (Josh); and his nephew Joshua. He is also survived by several other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mt Sinai United Methodist Church (9813 Mt Sinai Rd, Aurora, IN 47001). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, Tunnels to Towers Foundation, or Mt. Sinai United Methodist Church.
