She was predeceased by : her parents, Charlie McIntosh and Emily Jane McIntosh (Caudill); her husband Rev. Don Burns; and her siblings, Russell, Robert "Bob", Rev. Marvin McIntosh and Juanita Hargis.
She is survived by : her daughter Janet Burns of Austin, Indiana; and her siblings, Roy McIntosh of Austin, Indiana, Rosetta Gross of Austin and Louise Brooks of Scottsburg, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
