He is survived by: his daughters, Sylvia Jansen (David) of Frankfort, Kentucky, Sarah Butler (Arlen) of Bardstown, Kentucky and Lillie Becht (Stephen) of Georgetown, Kentucky.; his siblings, Darlene McIntyre, Rolen Combs, Wayne Combs, Gary Combs and James Combs; his grandchildren, Hannah Butler, Caleb Jansen and Destin Becht; and his stepchildren, Brenda Karst (Brian) of Houston, Christal Walker of Scottsburg and Josh West (Stacy) of Scottsburg, Indiana..
