He is survived by: his children, Harley Tigner (Judith) of Austin Texas, Tracey Kerwin (John) and Jamie O'Connor (Ward); his grandchildren, Angelina Tigner, Greggory Tigner (Nola), Megan Garner-Moor (Ryan), Charlene Edwards-Flores (Crystal), Cortney Kerwin of Charles and Brandon Kerwin (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Fisher, Braelynn, Kyler, Alex, Romeo, Max, Beverlee and Ezra; and his brother Rodney Tigner (Sandra).
