He was predeceased by : his parents, Joe Coomer and Cerilda Coomer (Bryant); his daughter Teresa Gayle Noble; his great grandchild Gunner Noble; his daughter-in-law Debbie Coomer; and his siblings, Phillip Coomer and Josephine Gross.

He is survived by : his wife Juanette Coomer (Couch); his son Thomas J. Coomer of Austin; his grandchildren, Jason Coomer (Stosha), Justin Noble (Crystal) and Shannon Caudell (David); and his siblings, Ida Heath, Geraldine Conn, Patty Coomer and Rufus Coomer. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
