He is survived by : his wife Mona Theresa Ruble (Amstutz) of Avilla; his sister Cynthia Wagner (Bill) of Middlebury; his nephew Steven Holsinger (April) of Hendersonville; his brothers-in-law, Michael Amstutz (Linda) of Auburn and Richard Amstutz of Kendallville; and his uncle Marvin Hart (Bonnie) of Kendallville.
