Lillegard (Amanda) of Avilla, IN; his stepson Dylan Rice (Kayla) of Fort Wayne, IN; and his sisters, Susan Knafel (Roger) of Bradenton, Christine Schaller (Kerry) of Three Rivers, MI and Kathryn Tyson (John) of Grand Rapids, MI.. He is also survived by two aunts and one uncle and many, many first and second cousins.
