He was predeceased by : his parents, Larry Burns and Bonnie Burns (Cox); and his sister Catherine Tulley. He is survived by : his girlfriend Tina Palmerton; his children, Heather Burns (Austin Rariden), Joe Burns (Jessica), Jason Burns (Megan) and Daniel Miller; and his siblings, Rick Marker and Deborah Slayton (Scott). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
