He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Foltz and Betty Foltz (Boyce); his brother Jeffrey Foltz; his stepsisters, Nancy Barnett and Sandra Fowler; and his friend Owen Bowers.
He is survived by : his nephew Jason Foltz of Austin, Texas; and his half-brother Robert Keirns of Fort Wayne, IN. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Gregg, can be made to the American Legion Post 240, in Avilla.
