In the vast expanse of eternity, Jay shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Jay farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jack, Dorothy Charnley, Herman Winger and Elizabeth Callahan (Sills). He is survived by: his parents, James Allan Winger and Linda Sue Winger (Charnley) of Fort Wayne; and his siblings, James Andrew Winger (Sandra) and Julie Annette Winger Goldsmith of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
