He was predeceased by: his father George Eickhoff; and his pets, Sadie Mae, Candy and Gonzo. He is survived by: his mother Barba Eickhoff (Fox) of Fort Wayne; his wife Rhonda Eickhoff of Avilla; his daughters, Hannah Eickhoff of Fort Wayne and Amanda Eickhoff of Michigan; his siblings, Joe Eickhoff (Julie) of Huntertown, Paul Eickhoff of Texas and Lisa Fortini (John) of Jupiter, FL.; his pets, Kiwi and Maggie; and his nephew Logan Conley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in John's memory may be directed to the family.
