She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Tobin and Mary Tobin (Critch); and her siblings, Catherine, Cyril, Frank, Donald, Kevin, Ida, Ray and Baby Tobin.
She is survived by: her spouse S. Navy; her children, Susan Hembree (Daniel) of Pleasant Gap, PA, John Hawkins of Sebring, FL, Joseph Hawkins (Cherie) of Sebring, FL and James Hawkins (Michelle) of Rock Hill, SC.; her grandchildren, Michael Rosin (Leana), Tiffany Basham (Nicholas), Kailyn Cifuentes (Bryan), Natalie Hawkins (Tom Weldt), Leah Hawkins, Megan Hawkins (Justin Morrison), Justin Snyder (Cecilia) and Taryn Mishler Herron; her great grandchildren, Charles Basham, Samuel Rosin, Fredrick Basham, Benjamin Basham, Opal Hawkins and Matteo Snyder; and her siblings, Sheila Daley of Riverhead, Nfld, Edward Tobin of Quebec, Canada, Ann Fleming Tobin (Johnny) of St. Vincent, Leslie Tobin of Medicine Hat, Canada and Yvonne Fontaine (Jerome) of Trepassey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, it is asked that contributions in Millie's memory may be directed to the Humane Society of Noble County and/or Lewy Body Dementia Foundation.
