Sharon Lee Anderson Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sharon Lee Anderson of Avilla, Indiana, who passed away on May 28, 2026, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Though Sharon may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sharon touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert C. Gehring and Gretta Mae Gehring (Lehner); her son Michael Probst; and her siblings, Roberta Frederick and John Gehring.

She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Probst of Fort Wayne, Elizabeth Grant (Fred) of LaGrange and Rebecca Probst of Kendallville. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
