With sadness, we share the passing of Vedra A. Martin of Avilla, Indiana. Vedra, born on June 2, 1955, passed away on August 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Fuller and Edna Fuller (Owens); and her siblings, Dora Mullins, Christine Maxwell, Leander Fuller, Raymond Fuller, Otis Fuller, Willie Fuller, Sammy Fuller and Jeanette Lucas.
She is survived by: her sons, Dan Kreider (Lisa) of Wolcottville and Chris Kreider (Lorraine) of New Paris; her stepdaughters, Tammy Elion of North Webster and Tina Schmucker (Michael) of Goshen; and her sisters, Edith Coney of Kendallville, Betty Brown of Rome City and Linda Caywood (Dale) of Wolcottville. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Avilla Community Center (305 W Albion St, Avilla, IN 46710).
