It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Benjamin L. Castaneda of Avon, Indiana, who passed away on June 16, 2025, at the age of 22, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Benjamin is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Benjamin's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, William Corbin and Carlos Castaneda. He is survived by: his parents, Carlos Castaneda and Jennifer Castaneda (Corbin); his siblings, Nicolas, Alex Castaneda and Camille Castaneda; and his grandmothers, Theresa Corbin and Silvia Valdes. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (10518 County Rd 600 N, Brownsburg, IN 46112). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
