He was predeceased by: his parents, William, Sr. Spurlock and Gladys Teague Spurlock; his wife Juanita Spurlock; his sisters, Joyce Long and Evelyn Spurlock; his stepdaughter Karen Attebery; and his daughter-in-law Heather Spurlock.
He is survived by: his children, Mark, Wayne Spurlock, Shannon Fuentes and Jennifer Shockley (Gary Hensley); his stepdaughter Sharon Pope (Donnie); his siblings, Karl Spurlock (Collette), Wayne Spurlock (Liz) and Aileen Stewart; and his sister-in-law Joann Paulk. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
