He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Rush and Rosa Anna Allen (Stepanik); his wife Mary Ellen Allen; his siblings, Elmer J, Melvin C Allen, Gladys W Graham, Anna Elizabeth Bowen, Mary Edna Owen and Doris R Grote; and his stepson Timothy Cowden.
He is survived by: his sister Norma Fern Graham; his daughters, Rhonda Bayles (Rick Thomas), Marilyn Roberts (Bob) and Rosa Ogden (Jeff Martin); his stepdaughter Kimberly Shaw (Jerry); his grandchildren, April Land (Charlie), Bob Roberts (Launa), Shannon Holling (Matt), John Lagrange (Paige), Eric Lagrange (Karen) and Rob LaGrange (Emily); his stepgranddaughter Kelly Nuetzman (Brad); and his close friends, Don and Jackie Fuller. He is also survived by Nine Great-grandchildren; Three Step Great grandchildren Ten Great-Great-grandchildren.
