Charles M. Deitz Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2025, at the age of 90, Charles M. Deitz of Avon, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charles M. Deitz to pay them a last tribute.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman Deitz and Ester Deitz; his wife Greta Sue Deitz (Trinkle); his children, Rhonda Bowman (Rick) of Avon, Kim Pecar (Joe) of Avon, Scott Deitz (Linda) of Beaverton and Kay Cohernour (Kyle) of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Joshua Bowman (Laura), Jordan Bowman, Nathan Bowman (Jessica), Sara Bowman, Lauren Saso (Tyler), Matthew Deitz (Natalie), Colten Cohernour, Jacob Cohernour and Trenton Cohernour (Kristin Cavaletto); and his great grandchildren, Chelsea, Tucker, Tatum, Beau, Brant and Aurora.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Matthews Mortuary (690 E 56th St, Brownsburg, IN 46112). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Danville South Cemetery (515 S Cross St, Danville, IN 46122).
The family asks that memorial contributions be made to Avon Youth Sports, supporting all the kids in Avon, Indiana.
