She was predeceased by: her sister Karen Hermiz. She is survived by: her husband Dane Clark; her children, Lee Clark (Amy), Eric Clark (Autumn) and Casi Emrick (Jon); her grandchildren, Hanna Clark, Rylee Clark, Kenzie Clark, Titus Clark, Abigail Emrick, Grace Emrick and Ezekiel Emrick; her parents, Dr. Tom Hermiz and Ella Mae Hermiz; and her siblings, Tom Hermiz (Cindy Haley-Hermiz) and Debbie Shannon (Bill).
