He was predeceased by: his parents, Barry Payne and Nina Sue Payne. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jaco Payne; his daughter Bailey Ridgway; his brother Todd Payne (Diana); his nephew Marcus Payne (Callie); and his niece Aly Payne.
