She is survived by: her husband L. Gary Hooks; her children, Gary Hooks (Marie) of North Charleston and Denise McIntosh (David) of Spencer, Indiana.; her grandchildren, Scott Bozek of Spencer, Indiana, Gary Allen Hooks of North Charleston and Megan Basham (Kyle) of Danville; her great grandchildren, Liam, Lucus, Lydia, Analiese, Titan, Axten, Dreyk and Radyn; her brother Butch Kreutz (Sandy) of Falconer; her niece Kami Myers of New York; and her sisters-in-law, Martie King of Sinclairesville, Kimberly Hooks of Plum Branch and Luppa Henry (Gary) of Dewittville. She is also survived by numerous other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
