She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jesse Vaugh and Anna Marie Daley; and her daughter Mary Clay. She is survived by: her children, Bill Lukins of Grantown, Jane Haines (Mark) of Warrenton, VA, Joe Lukins of Mt. Juliet, TN and Joanne Dockery (Larry) of Avon, IN.; and her sister-in-law Rita.
