He was predeceased by: his parents, William Feasel and Jean Feasel; and his brother Billy Feasel (Jeanne). He is survived by: his children, Danielle Halpin (Steve) and Ryan Feasel (Kristi); his sister Pam McWilliams (Tim); his grandchildren, Jordan Rosner, Londyn Feasel, Madeline Halpin, Delaney Halpin, Carter Feasel and Cameron Halpin; and his great grandchild Rhett Mohr.
